The office is very clean the people are extremely nice and at least they take x-rays to find out if you do have a broken ankle or not not like the one up the road

Dr Rose was very attentive and really listened to my foot issues. He got me out of immediate discomfort with cortisone injections and we had a thorough conversation about necessary treatment and medication. For the first time in years I have some answers.

The Dr helped me (at leat a diagnosis and treatment) when others couldn't. Expensive tests and no answers by another Dr.

I saw Dr Rose for neuropathy in my feet, possibly causing me to have balance problems with falls. He questioned me intensely to try to determine what may have triggered the "banding" sensation, but admitted it is most likely a mosaic of issues...77 yrs old, overweight, lack of exercise, etc. He spent a long time with me discussing lifestyle changes and PT that would help improve my feet. He is a great listener and we had a promising exchange of information. All the staff are very nice and professional, and Dr Rose instills confidence that he'll be able to help me improve my situation. I'll be returning in 3 months.

Dr Bursom is great. The short dark haired gal who was the medical assistant was super friendly and very nice too. Don’t know her name and didn’t see a name badge on her..

My husband underwent what we were told would be a minor foot surgery on a Friday. Unfortunately, his experience afterward was anything but minor. He was in excruciating pain immediately following the procedure, and despite repeated attempts to reach the podiatrist, we were unable to speak with him until the following afternoon.
Because the surgery was performed on a Friday and the office was closed, we felt completely without guidance or support during what turned out to be a very difficult postoperative period. Instead of addressing our concerns with compassion, the podiatrist became confrontational when asked why we received no postoperative guidance and why he was unavailable. He raised his voice, spoke over me, and focused on defending himself rather than addressing my husband’s condition.
As a spouse advocating for my husband, I found his behavior both shocking and unprofessional. My husband is currently hospitalized due to complications from his surgery, but we are hoping for a full recovery. I realize that complications can come from any surgery, but communication, availability, and respectful treatment of patients should never be optional.
Due to our experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I have to leave one star, unfortunately, in order to post this review.

My visit today with Dr. Joe Aoun was absolutely wonderful! He has great bedside, manners, communication skills, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about the problem I was experiencing. He was patient and listened to all of my issues with my foot and he was very knowledgeable . I felt at ease. You can tell he is a very dedicated doctor to his patients I left their feeling very confident and trusting that I can definitely refer him to my family and friends. I’m excited to move forward in receiving my orthotics to Improve my balance and walking The office is very clean. Joseph was very helpful doing my x-rays and the receptionist was very caring and attentive also . I thank you all for a wonderful first visit and for the professional care I received!
